At PA, you will collaborate with other like-minded colleagues in multi-functional teams, working on some of our most exciting projects. You will have the opportunity to:

Qualifications

You should have:

  • A “can-do” attitude! 
  • A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working in an Agile environment; this could include working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or working on a project delivered in an Agile way
  • A desire to become an expert in organisational agility and enthusiasm to apply this to delivery and transformational projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders 
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Excellent written skills  
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills  
  • Flexibility to travel both nationally and internationally to our clients 
  • A desire to develop PA’s internal Agile Capability as well as working with our clients

You may also have:

  • Consulting experience (but this is not essential)
  • An understanding of different delivery models from waterfall, to iterative, to continuous delivery
  • An awareness of scaling frameworks including SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale and its application to programmes and portfolios 
  • Experience of driving teams' planning, estimation, coordination and executing a defined roadmap
  • Experience of coordinating activities across multiple teams across the delivery lifecycle e.g. Project Management, Architecture, Operations etc.
  • Experience of facilitating continuous improvement of agile ways of working through retros
  • Experience at using risk, issue and dependency management practices
  • An understanding of transformation backlog creation, refinement and prioritisation with well-defined acceptance criteria  
  • Experience of collaborative team events such as Big Room Planning
