About the Team

PST make up part of PA’s core Delivery Team which is PA’s Centre of Excellence for all project, programme and portfolio capability. 

Within this core delivery team sits the Professional Services Team which work across defence, infrastructure, transport and public services sectors taking on client-facing roles on long-term assignments and working alongside consultancy teams.

We specialise in Project Controls, Business Cases, Systems Engineering and Logistics, and we are looking to deepen and broaden these capabilities.

If you have some of the following skills and experience, we can offer the opportunity to make the most of them and to develop in other areas to build your career.

• You will have P3M experience, ideally in major procurements, infrastructure or technology programmes.
• You have experience in project management, having used Project Controls tools such as Primavera or MS Project on a regular basis.
• You’ll be committed to managing projects successfully and will have one or more AXELOS™ qualifications e.g.PRINCE2, MSP, MoP
• Ideal to have or be working towards qualifications in Agile and/or APM - ChPP, PPQ, PMQ 
• You’ll understand the importance of developing effective business cases to convince senior management of the return on investment.
• You can balance your analytical abilities with stellar communication skills; you will be comfortable with taking data and turning it into digestible information. 
• You may have experience of contracting and procurement, logistics and supply chain management, and have the supporting qualifications (eg MCIPS)
• You will have strong interpersonal skills
• You will have a Degree or equivalent professional qualification

Some of our clients require Security Clearance and it would be helpful if you already had this in place
