Job Description

You will be working on a variety of different sized projects, exposing you to many stakeholders across PA, anywhere from a payroll administrator to the Head of Talent. In those projects, you will help the stakeholders articulate their requirements, turning their wants into business needs, and then throughout the project continuing to ensure the solutions meet those requirements.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering the required business change plans in association with the change, where you will be able to demonstrate and learn to use a variety of change techniques from creating user journeys and using digital training methods to deliver the messages.

You will support the project team in writing global communications across PA with clear and concise messaging, using all communications methods at your disposal.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced BA (minimum 3 years) who has worked with a variety of stakeholders at many levels, supporting projects using both agile and waterfall project methodologies.

Key experience:

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following

-        Solving problems, digging beyond the immediate and showing an inquisitive nature

-        Designing new or mapping of existing business processes

-        Gathering requirements and management to solution

-        Designing and delivering plans to manage change

-        Writing strong and clear communications

-        Building relationships with key stakeholders

Desirable

-        Knowledge using Azure DevOps

-        Experience of Microsoft D65 CRM, PeopleSoft Financials & HR
