Job Description

Your day-to-day

  • Own and execute the entire life cycle of Talent Acquisition – Sourcing, Interviewing, Offer Negotiation and Onboarding
  • Develop and execute unique sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust and diverse pool of candidates
  • Ability to convey PA’s brand of innovation and ingenuity to passive candidates
  • Provide consultative support with hiring teams, including defining job requirements/profiles and delivering market analysis
  • Manage multiple TA strategies across social channels, internal/external networks & professional groups to identify talent and build the PA Consulting employer brand
  • Leverage market data, insights, and innovative technologies to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness and provide competitive intelligence to the business
  • Consistently offer innovative solutions to TA sourcing challenges
  • Actively contribute to promoting PA Consulting as an employer of choice by delivering a great candidate experience

Qualifications

What you bring

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience preferably within a high growth professional services organization
  • Experience building and improving Talent Acquisition processes through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to develop a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Expertise in building and growing a network of passive candidates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building, and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidate searches simultaneously
  • Comfort with the fast-changing hiring requirements of a scaling organization
  • Experience with ATS systems
