Your day-to-day

• Own and execute the entire sourcing process for roles across the Consulting, Design & Engineering and business departments
• Develop and execute unique sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust pool of candidates
• Provide consultative support with hiring teams, including defining job requirements/profiles and delivering market analysis
• Leverage market data, insights, and innovative technologies to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and provide competitive intelligence to the business
• Consistently offer innovative solutions to sourcing challenges

• 5+ years of sourcing experience preferably within a professional services organization
• Experience using creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Experience building and improving sourcing processes through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Expertise in building and growing a network of passive candidates
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidate searches simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building, and collaboration
• Comfort with the fast-changing hiring requirements of a scaling organization
• Experience with ATS systems
