Job Description

Are you passionate about helping Healthcare organizations to bring about digital transformation, delivering lower costs, improved services, and supporting the identification and adoption of innovations that will change care for patients and clinicians?

Our Healthcare team has a successful track record in helping payers, providers and healthcare associations to create and deliver digital strategies and transform their organizations. We work with senior leaders in major organizations to help them define, design and deliver outstanding business outcomes. This covers full lifecycle from strategy, through operating model, defining requirements, transaction delivery, transition, implementation, and overall program management to deliver the healthcare and business benefits. We combine our extensive industry insight with our specialist knowledge across IT, Digital, Operating Model, Growth Strategy and Innovation.

Our unique approach means that the PA team challenges traditional thinking in a transparent way, to ensure clients understand how all parts of the lifecycle can support their wider, long term business objectives, rather than take a narrow focus on the basic transaction. Our size allows us to treat each client as an individual – we are not tied to any vendors or technologies so we are able to deliver true business value.

The Managing Consultant (MC) role is a combination of business development, project management, technical delivery, and team leader, and is a crucial part of PA’s service offering.  The MC role is a pathway to Partner.  You should have a strong track record in working with large, US Healthcare Payer organizations in a consulting capacity and of leading teams to develop and deliver results for the most senior stakeholders in these organizations.

You should understand the key challenges faced by payers and providers in the healthcare system today and be comfortable working with Partner’s in our fast-growing business to see PA’s services at the highest levels of organizations.

The MC role is an opportunity to use the subject matter expertise you have developed from your background in healthcare to solve some of the most pressing challenges faced by healthcare payer organizations. With a supportive Partner network to develop your commercial acumen, you will have the opportunity to build a sales pipeline using the contacts and knowledge you have built over your career.
