Organizational Agility Consultant

We are looking for innovative thinkers to join our fast-growing Transformation team. The work will be primarily focused on helping organizations deliver major change and adopt agile ways of working to achieve strategic goals more quickly and effectively.

This role requires you to:

• Engage with clients using scaling frameworks and agile methodologies including SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale and its application to programmes

• Experience leading multiple Agile teams (e.g. using Scrum of Scrums, as an RTE or Kanban Lead)

• An ability to oversee transformation backlog creation, refinement and prioritisation with well-defined acceptance criteria

• Deliver end-to-end agile projects including managing Agile ceremonies (scrum teams, PI planning, etc.)

• Experience in coaching teams to adopt Agile ways of working

• Portfolio level experience. 

• A proven track record of delivering complex IT and technology projects using Agile methodologies

• Experience of deploying business change techniques resulting in sustainable changes to behaviours.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of IT change and transformation
  • Experience in driving and embedding organization-wide transformations
  • 3-5 years experience delivering agile projects, e.g.
  • Working within Scrum teams (including Scrum Master experience)
  • Co-creating, collaborating and innovating with Agile teams
  • Delivering quality solutions and iterating to improve them
  • Applying Agile in the wider organization in addition to IT
  •  Ability to articulate the benefits of agile and organizational agility, in regards to people, process and technology, to senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience in one of our focus industries (Health and Life Sciences, Energy and Utilities, Consumer Goods,)
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office – particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
