Job Description

  • Own and execute the full life-cycle talent acquisition process for roles across the design, engineering, product and business departments
  • Develop and execute unique sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust pool of candidates
  • Provide consultative support with hiring teams, including defining job requirements/profiles, and managing hiring manager expectations
  • Consistently offer innovative solutions to recruiting challenges

Qualifications

What you bring

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Design & Engineering market, preferably within a professional services organization
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of technical, business and design roles (e.g. Engineers, Industrial Designers, UX/UI Strategists, Brand Strategists, etc.)
  • Experience building and improving recruitment processes through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Expertise in building and growing a network of pipelined candidates who match the Design & Engineering core skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidate searches simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building, and collaboration
  • Comfort with the fast-changing hiring requirements of a scaling organization
  • Experience with ATS systems
