Position Description: 

The responsibilities for this role include: 

• Working directly with local and national clients to design, develop and deploy digital solutions 

• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, requirements analysis and process engineering 

• Participating in business development activities including proposals, marketing, and thought leadership development 

• Attend training courses and industry events to sharpen your consulting skills and build your industry knowledge 

• Take on responsibilities and assignments of increasing complexity as skills and experience develop 

• Successfully manage client expectations and relationships 

What we're looking for 

You must be a senior consulting professional with 2+ years of experience in delivering large, complex digital programs. Ideally, you should have experience consulting with utility sector clients. 

You should also have the following skills/experiences: 

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree indicating a track record of academic achievement 

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills 

• Ability to develop strong relationships with client and internal teams 

• Exemplary communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation 

• Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed 

• Knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: 

• System Integration – complex system integration, codified SI methodologies 

• Technical Architecture – detailed technical architecture, data architecture, solution development 

• Delivery Assurance – technical project management, stakeholder management 

• System Development Life Cycle – managing and operating SDLC methodologies (agile, etc.) 

• Cloud technologies and platforms e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP
