Each business support team delivers exceptional value to both internal and external clients through innovative solutions to business needs.

All our people, not only consultants, have the opportunity to become shareholders in PA, thus thinking and acting as owners of the firm, rather than just 'employees'. As a result, we have a highly motivated, delivery-focused, 'can do' business support team and we look to attract like-minded people who want to build a career at the leading-edge of the consulting industry.
There are six business support ranks, from AS1 to AS6. The business support rank structure is fairly flat compared to many organisations, meaning that opportunities for personal growth and progression do not come simply in the form of promotion, but can also come from excelling in, enriching and/or enlarging your current role.

To progress in your PA career, you'll need to demonstrate a willingness and aptitude to undertake demanding tasks, roles and responsibilities. To help you grow, you will receive training, coaching and mentoring
