Seeking PROJECT MANAGER to oversee the full life cycle of writing projects. In this role the PROJECT MANAGER will successfully plan and execute search engine optimization and social media campaigns for our clients. The PROJECT MANAGER will primarily be focusing on campaign strategy and organizing/managing resources (both internal and our client's) so that all the work required to complete our client’s campaigns is completed in a timely way and to high quality standards. Main duties will be to check the progress of the team members which includes writers, proofreaders, and project management assistants. You must also check to make sure that the quality of the project is consistent with the requested guidelines and that the team members have not submitted documents with errors.

SEO Project Manager Responsibilities:

•     Keyword Research & Strategy
•     Prepare Project Plans
•     Participate in optimization strategy planning
•     Coordinate consulting/strategy calls with client and SEO technical staff
•     Track Campaign Progress and Report on progress
•     Presents all deliverables sent to clients
•     Educate clients on Best Practices and overall education of SEO
•     Maintain an understanding of industry trends

Knowledge/Technical Skills:

•     Highly organized with attention to detail
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•     Understand web analytics
•     Have a basic understanding of HTML coding and how websites work
•     Knowlwdge and experience using project management software
•     Have a minimum of 1-2 years project management experience
•     Is Internet savvy and understands the function of search engines
•     Experience in MS Office suite
