Oxwash is re-engineering the laundry industry from the ground up. Our aim is for clinically-clean, net-zero carbon emissions for the whole laundry process. This has never been accomplished and we are determined to be the first truly sustainable on-demand laundry company in the world. We currently operate in Oxford, Cambridge and London (Battersea), with big plans for further growth throughout the UK as well as into the US. We are a tech company at heart and build our own software to power our sustainable laundries and logistics. We are venture backed, having raised several rounds of investment from notable investors including Biz Stone, the cofounder of Twitter, Paul Forster, the founder of Indeed.com and Reckitt, the corporate that owns the stain remover Vanish. 

Job Description

Oxwash is looking to expand their Marketing team with a Marketing Campaign Manager to run a range of campaigns for brand awareness, demand generation and revenue. This role will be predominantly focused on B2C customer acquisition. You will have had experience working on both Local and National B2C campaigns, and are capable building marketing automations and campaign plans from scratch. Working for a fast growing start-up is unlike anything you will have experienced, and we need people who can take on the challenge.

This varied and busy role is the perfect platform for anyone who is passionate about data driven, creative and meaningful marketing. Working directly with our Head of Commercial, you'll get first-hand experience in driving the return on marketing investment, and should be motivated by influencing top-line growth. 

The ideal candidate will be confident, self-driven and socially-aware. You will have your finger on the pulse of the latest online trends, and be able to execute cohesive, on-brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently generate creative ideas to help grow brand awareness. 
  • Constantly be on the lookout for innovating & exciting new opportunities that would bring the Oxwash brand to new audiences.
  • Be responsible for, manage and execute an annual marketing strategy for the business 
  • Manage a Content Marketing Executive to create quality content for the Oxwash website and Social Channels
  • Manage and maintain good relationships with agency partners e.g. SEO, Social, Design, PR etc. to keep strategies and KPIs on track 
  • Own an annual marketing calendar of events, and align our customer-facing campaigns with this.
  • Manage and organise the frequent creation of brand content including; Design, photography and video shoots etc
  • Maintaining a high standard of organisation with department documentation and systems.
  • Continually review ROI of campaigns, report on this and make improvements as a result.
  • Manage relationships with our partner brands, and work with them to drive mutual brand awareness and deliver new initiatives.
  • Provide support to the Head of Commerical on adhoc events, tasks and projects, of which there will be many in this fast-paced environment.
  • Be a true advocate for the Oxwash brand, inside and outside of the office.

Qualifications

  • Marketing, Business or Related Degree, or a certified marketing qualification.
  • 3-5 Years Relevant Experience
  • Must be able to demonstrate proven successful campaigns and what KPIs were met as a result. 
  • Must be confident and able to crunch data and report on campaign performance in line with business objectives 
  • Up-to-date, sound knowledge of fundamental marketing principals, specifically in SEO, PPC, and Social.
  • High competency in IT literacy ─ using programs such as the Microsoft Office suite and Google suite, as well as all social platforms, of course.
  • Extremely high written competency in English, and general communication skills.
  • Confident building relationships and managing internal teams and third parties.
  • Must be willing to work from the office on a regular basis.
  • Adaptable; Unphased by deadlines and an ever-changing workload. Time management and organisation is key to this role.
  • You will be asked to do things you might not have done before. You need to be able to learn on the job and be confident working autonomously.
  • A team player at heart; we all succeed if the business succeeds.
  • An interest in living sustainably outside of the office.
