Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Business Developer who is committed to making a difference in the construction industry. This key management position is available immediately in our premises in Dietikon (ZH).

Are you ready to take the helm in revolutionizing the construction industry? Join us as a Lead Business Developer and be the driving force behind our ambitious goals. We're seeking a visionary leader to build strategic alliances, and redefine success in the construction sector.

You will play a crucial role in driving growth and creating opportunities for us. The primary focus is on identifying, developing, and implementing strategic business initiatives that align with the our goals and objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, relationship building, and market analysis to drive business success

Your responsibilities:

  • You execute strategy to achieve business goals and sales target
  • You grow the list of recurrent customers and ambassadors (architects, engineers and developers)
  • You negotiate and conclude sales and partnerships contracts
  • You introduce Oxara value proposition, products and services to customers and ambassadors
  • You report efficiently customers feedback to the technical team to ensure agile products improvement and innovation
  • You define future marketing strategy and sales targets
  • You identify new business opportunities and potential markets
  • You are up to date on market trend, development, and products prices

 

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • You have 10 + years business experiences and network in construction especially in architectural projects acquisitions in DACH market and beyond
  • You have excellent sales, communication, and marketing skills to promote sustainable building materials to customers
  • You brought new building materials products and services to customers
  • You have experience in management position, work in a dynamic, and entrepreneurial ecosystem,
  • ·You are fluent in German and English (any other language +)
  • You have the ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders
