Job Description

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide support to a team of Consultants who are solving
complex business problems for our customers through implementing RDY software. Your role is
extremely important in helping RDY achieve its goals by supporting the implementation process with
such tasks as payroll/hris configuration, data importing & data comparison reporting.

 

The key accountabilities of the role

  • Delivery of assigned tasks in a timely manner and of a high quality standard
  • Communication in regards to timing, and highlighting of issues as they arise
  • Stakeholder management of expectations
  • Perform Administration Tasks as assigned

- Payroll/HRIS software configuration
- Data Entry/Import
- Data comparison & reporting

  • Document dissection and data extraction
  • Keep accurate records of tasks performed to ensure clear audit trail of data modification
  • Report back to assignee on work completed, abnormalities & other information as required

 

    Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate will have these:

    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to think analytically with a good understanding of technical
    • jargon
    • Strong numericy skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a process driven environment
    • Ability to think outside the square and suggest and implement process
      improvement ideas
    • Proactive with a "Can-Do!" attitude
    •  Computer literate (MS Office Suite – Excel essential)
    • working knowledge of database software, and Customer Relationship
      Management systems.
    • Knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand payroll would be
      advantageous

      Previous Data Entry Experience
    • Data analysis experience preferred but not essential
    • Proven ability to pick up new tech systems quickly
