Your role is to quickly capture the required workflows and integrations, align stakeholders, and manage incremental delivery of our platform. You know your ways to cut through the red tape and get things done. Agile and incremental delivery is your bread and butter. You thrive in a setting where the client does not know all the details and work with our business analysts and UX designers to get clear specifications. You know how to structure often conflicting requirements and work with developers to create realistic plans and deliver on these. You are not the typical Prince2 or Six Sigma tiger but also not the cowboy that thinks agile is an excuse for not having a plan. 

Your Experience and Magic Touch

• You are a natural positive influencer, getting things done in complex settings and in the face of strong adversaries.
• You are experienced in agile software development practices beyond the usual SCRUM master title, and know how to move clients from waterfall to incremental delivery.
• You have a strong understanding of cloud-based web applications, understanding what it takes to integrate with client systems, external APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ideally, you speak "financialese", and can hold your own in discussing financial products and workflows with clients in the loan lending and securitisation industry. Or you can prove you learn faster than lightning to embrace the fintech domain.
• You have proven you can create realistic plans and work with uncertainties, prioritising and managing risks and unforeseen requirements.
• You can showcase at least 3+ years end-to-end project management experience within an enterprise environment.
