We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing,

implementing, and maintaining infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines that enable seamless

software delivery. As a key leader in our organization, you will collaborate across development and

operations teams to establish scalable cloud architecture, containerization strategies, and security

protocols that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions and CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to create scalable cloud architectures that support our growing infrastructure needs.
•  Lead the adoption of containerization strategies, ensuring effective orchestration and management.
• Develop and enforce security protocols and best practices for cloud-based infrastructure.
• Leverage extensive experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) to manage and automate cloud environments.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization, driving DevOps best practices.
• Guide the transformation of DevOps practices across the organization, improving efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor and provide leadership to DevOps engineers, helping them advance their skills and deliver successful solutions.

• Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline design, and implementation.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Deep understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Strong background in Microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
• Experience with security protocols, monitoring, and incident response for cloud infrastructure.
• Proven leadership skills in driving organizational DevOps transformation and process improvements.
