You will be part of Oteemo's DevSecOps practice and will be primarily working on scoping and analyzing requirements that will lead to the successful creation of enterprise DevSecOps solutions for our customers. In this role, you will carry the responsibilities of researching problems, finding solutions, recommending courses of actions and coordinating with stakeholders in order to meet specified technical requirements as well as acting as a liaison between clients/IT professionals and technology vendors.

• Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal and communication skills (Written and Oral).
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting and financial analysis, advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office products. 
• Able to quickly grasp business domain knowledge, identify and document goals, objectives and priorities, and work with business and technical teams to develop, refine and execute roadmaps. 
• Formulate and define business process and systems scope and objectives for programs and projects through research and fact-finding activities combined with a thorough understanding of business process analysis and requirements management practices and principals. 
• Lead and provides group facilitation, interviewing, training and provides additional knowledge transfer to appropriate stakeholders. 
• Ability to apply portfolio management concepts including business-IT alignment, prioritization, business cases and market surveys, and project costing techniques.
• Experience developing estimates for moderate to complex projects/programs.
