Job Description
- Responsible for providing analytical support according to company needs
- This position handles a full range of project components in an independent and autonomous manner
- Develops reports on analysis conducted, provides recommendations and makes formal presentations to communicate results to various management levels
- Develops new approaches for finding additional needed information
- Demonstrates initiative in identifying alternative solutions to issues which are reasonably complex and require an understanding of how the outcome will affect multiple areas/departments
- Helps develop project plans to ensure timely deliverables and successful completion of project
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned
- Assist with settlements, cash flow management & accounting
- Assist with financial audits
- Collaborate on software development & project management
- Participate in sales calls, customer RFPs, and proposal development
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have advanced MS Office skills, Google tools and Visual Basic
- Experience with financial modeling
- Solid analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking
- Strong project organizational skills
- Must be able to read, write and speak English at a level which will permit the employee to accurately understand and communicate information to safely and efficiently perform the job duties
- Must possess at any time a valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to ORMAT’s auto insurance carrier
- Must be able to operate a vehicle in a safe manner
- Must have the ability to travel to other locations
- Ability to design and implement solutions to real business problems with creativity and objectivity
- Ability to work with operations and engineering personnel in a team environment
- Willingness and desire to learn new technologies
- Highly attentive to detail
- Commitment to bettering Viridity’s tools and processes
- Must be able to read and follow written procedures
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work in an office environment
- Must have the ability to lift up to 25lbs without assistance
- Job requires sitting and or standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work at a computer and computer monitor and use repetitive motion for long periods of time
