Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Motivate, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives to create an environment that fosters learning, growth, and exceeding sales revenue goals

  • Discover tactics, frameworks, and strategies to create a repeatable, scalable, customer-centric sales motion that excites prospects about the benefits of getting in Order

  • Spend time directly working with Prospects and Customers in pursuit of becoming an expert in how Order helps, then feed learnings back to the broader Order team

  • Consistently demonstrate good judgment, tenacity, and accountability at the individual, team, and cross-functional organization levels by making thoughtful decisions when the path is not clear

  • Learn Order’s business model and funnel shape, then use data to communicate performance, understand truths within the noise, and make calculated decisions on where to focus individual and team efforts

  • As a member of the Go-To-Market Leadership Team, work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, and the Customer Success Organization (Account Management, Implementation, and Support) to ensure prospects move effectively through the customer journey

  • Reporting directly to Order’s CRO, drive initiatives through the cycle of ideation, positive change management, adoption, and standardization

  • As the team creates success, hire, train, and ramp the next generation of Sales talent at Order with a focus on creating sellers who know how to apply Order’s functionality to solve customer pain

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a sales leader managing individual sellers in a SaaS environment

  • Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets and guide a team through complex and evangelical sales cycles

  • Highly driven, proactive individual with an execution focus, a strong sense of urgency, and a belief in Order’s mission. You will go beyond relationship management.

  • Able to manage the entire sales cycle from demand generation, qualification, presentation, and closing.

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

  • Must be adaptable, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and able to navigate competing priorities

  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful

  • Demonstrated experience as a team-building leader, capable of rallying support from both direct and indirect team members to drive shared positive results
