As a Software Engineer in Application Support you will be responsible for addressing technical issues as they arise, automating or creating self-service tools for critical tasks, and improving the overall quality of the platform. You will work closely with the rest of Product & Engineering and across departments to create a user experience that delights our customers.

What you'll do:

• Perform root cause analysis on issues and implement solutions
• Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, and maintainable code
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and distribute knowledge
• Help build a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and constant improvement

• 1+ years of hands-on experience developing full stack web applications in a production environment
• Computer science knowledge with an understanding of OOP design principles
• Familiarity with formal code smells and refactoring techniques
• Familiarity with React, Ruby on Rails, AWS, or similar technologies/languages
• Able to keep a cool head under pressure when an urgent problem arises and help bring problems into perspective for others
