Job Description

  • Assist with maintaining and monitoring credit and fraud risk across our portfolio of clients

  • Support reporting on key credit metrics to be distributed cross-functionally

  • Identify and document opportunities to improve best practices and processes for operational efficiency

  • KYB analysis of prospective and existing clients

  • Processing of documents relevant to underwriting decision-making

  • Coordinate with Account Management, Customer Support, etc. to respond to immediate credit and fraud related concerns

  • Over time develop underwriting skill set to accurately assess and mitigate risk

  • Support ad-hoc projects to improve credit policy and strategy

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in risk, fraud, payments, operations, compliance, e-commerce, or identity verification

  • Experience at a fintech, startup, technology, or other fast-paced environment preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Detail-oriented and organized; natural intellectual curiosity to solve problems

  • Interest to learn and grow into self-sufficient underwriting capacity

  • Proficient with Excel, G-Suite to create reports and communicate findings effectively
