Job Description
Assist with maintaining and monitoring credit and fraud risk across our portfolio of clients
Support reporting on key credit metrics to be distributed cross-functionally
Identify and document opportunities to improve best practices and processes for operational efficiency
KYB analysis of prospective and existing clients
Processing of documents relevant to underwriting decision-making
Coordinate with Account Management, Customer Support, etc. to respond to immediate credit and fraud related concerns
Over time develop underwriting skill set to accurately assess and mitigate risk
Support ad-hoc projects to improve credit policy and strategy
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in risk, fraud, payments, operations, compliance, e-commerce, or identity verification
Experience at a fintech, startup, technology, or other fast-paced environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Detail-oriented and organized; natural intellectual curiosity to solve problems
Interest to learn and grow into self-sufficient underwriting capacity
Proficient with Excel, G-Suite to create reports and communicate findings effectively
