Job Description

As the Head of Global Mobility you will provide strategic and operational support to our international assignees, the HR team and the Business. As such your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing global mobility policies to ensure compliance and industry competitiveness
  • Providing timely advice to internal stakeholders on policies and compliance topics; liaising with tax, legal, immigration vendors as needed
  • Keeping up to date with mobility trends, business challenges and recommending policy changes where required
  • Liaising with local HR and the Resourcing team to manage commuters and business travelers
  • Coordinating and managing the Global Mobility integration tasks gaining approvals from Senior HR Management
  • Coaching and line management of the Global Mobility Advisor, supporting with operational tasks such as preparation and review of balance sheets, cost estimates etc.
  • Overseeing the accurate completion of assignment documentation and instructions to payrolls and shadow payrolls
  • Managing the annual tax management process
  • Leading the management of vendors such as immigration, relocation, tax and data providers
  • Working on ad-hoc projects to support the Global Mobility and HR team
  • Demonstrating and promoting the Company’s values


  • Degree or equivalent ideally in Human Resources or related discipline
  • A strong background working within Global Mobility preferably within the professional services industry
  • Ability to work independently, be organised and work to tight deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of Global Mobility practices and demonstrating the ability to advise on operational and strategic topics
  • High attention to detail and methodical approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a strong command of English
  • A proactive customer service focus
  • Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with all stakeholders
  • Awareness of cultural differences and having an international mind-set
  • Analytical, numerate and a quick learner
  • Proficient user in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
