Company Description

We are a successful company with a global portfolio of high-growth businesses in the multi-billion-dollar markets for sales, workforce, and financial performance management (one of them is Optymyze).  We are looking for a Revenue Director to help us strategize and operationalize “our way” of managing the direction of revenue generation and analysis for our portfolio businesses, with a special emphasis on ensuring client contract compliance, billing, and invoicing.

Qualifications

  1. Revenue Recognition – You have utilized your understanding of the various selling motions and have applied different revenue recognition concepts to achieve the highest value within a SaaS organization. 
  2. Order Management – You have differentiated the various stages of order management in order to accurately capture revenue recognition, while ensuring that everything due is known, billed, collected, and properly accounted.
  3. Invoice & Collections Monitoring – You’ve monitored cash collections and have utilized your understanding of contracts against product usage data to ensure that customers are invoiced appropriately for their consumptions.  
  4. Deal Structuring & Forecasting – You’ve assisted c-suite leaders with structuring deals that give the company the most value, while satisfying their short & long term visions in customer planning. You’ve applied revenue recognition concepts to synthesize a Revenue and Cash forecast.
