Job Description
The Associate Business Analyst will work as a member of our Professional Services organization within a customer focused project team using different software solutions to provide expertise in the implementation and administration of Sales Performance Management (SPM) applications for global clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the requirements gathering and documentation for new business solutions
- Use various software solutions to manipulate data, calculate bonuses and incentives and create reports
- Maintain and update existing business processes based on new client requests
- Verify the accuracy of data, calculations, and the content and format of reports and other deliverable
- Participate in conference calls and on-site meetings with international clients
- Follow best practices and standard procedures to create and maintain compliance documentation
- Provide ongoing payroll and compensation plan analysis to proactively assist clients in making advised management decisions
- Identify root causes of uncovered issues in data and reports to continuously improve client business processes
- Work independently and manage multiple task assignments and deadlines
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1.5 years of total experience is must.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience as a Business Analyst would be an advantage
- Academic Credentials : Any Engineering Degree OR Any 3 year Computer Science Degree (With Any Masters Degree would be preferred)
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge of Database concepts
- Very strong problem solving skills
- Self-driven personality
- Preferred data analysis skills
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Professional and collaborative attitude
- Presentation skills
