The Associate Business Analyst will work as a member of our Professional Services organization within a customer focused project team using different software solutions to provide expertise in the implementation and administration of Sales Performance Management (SPM) applications for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the requirements gathering and documentation for new business solutions
• Use various software solutions to manipulate data, calculate bonuses and incentives and create reports
• Maintain and update existing business processes based on new client requests
• Verify the accuracy of data, calculations, and the content and format of reports and other deliverable
• Participate in conference calls and on-site meetings with international clients
• Follow best practices and standard procedures to create and maintain compliance documentation
• Provide ongoing payroll and compensation plan analysis to proactively assist clients in making advised management decisions
• Identify root causes of uncovered issues in data and reports to continuously improve client business processes
• Work independently and manage multiple task assignments and deadlines

• 6 months to 1.5 years of total experience is must.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Experience as a Business Analyst would be an advantage
• Academic Credentials : Any Engineering Degree OR Any 3 year Computer Science Degree (With Any Masters Degree would be preferred) 
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Knowledge of Database concepts
• Very strong problem solving skills
