The Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Identity & Data Management (IDM) – Strategic Consulting is responsible for delivery oversight on projects and for mentorship of resources under his or her direct report or oversight. The Strategic Consulting Team primarily leads our clients’ IAM initiatives through strategic workshops, detailed assessments, and deployment requirements/use case analysis. The SDM works with the Principal Consultants within the Strategic Consulting Practice to build and consistently improve Practice-related Intellectual Property (e.g., document templates, best practices, and sales support tools), and participates in IDM Pre-Sales activities as appropriate.
 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and vision within the IDM Strategic Consulting Practice. Assists in the hiring, management, evaluation, and development of consulting resources within the IDM Strategic Consulting Practice. Ensures high quality of IDM project delivery. Maintains a billable utilization rate in alignment with Practice guidelines by providing consulting and oversight value to clients. Works closely with clients during the project lifecycle. Works closely with the PMO on individual projects to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget, and continuously improves IDM Strategic Consulting service delivery. The SDM is the primary point of escalation for client issues during a project and is the go-to delivery advisor and thought leader to an existing client.

• Experience in guiding and educating clients through Solution Areas including Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, and Data Governance and Protection.
• Experience in leading a team responsible for strategic workshops, detailed assessments, and deployment requirements/use case analysis focused on Identity and Data Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of information security and/or professional services experience, including 3+ years of professional services leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams of 5 – 8 or more.
• Experience delivering and leading professional services engagements.
• Operational experience building consulting offerings and taking them to market.
• Understanding of current cyber security trends, threats, and pressures experienced by customer security leaders.
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong desire to grow and mentor individuals both within and outside of COE(s).
• Prior IAM and/or Data Security consulting experience desired.
• Working knowledge of IAM and Data Security concepts and trends.
