Job Description

Who we are looking for:

As part of our team, the Strategic Execution Associate will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive the highest priority strategic initiatives.  You will support implementing an ambitious growth and transformation agenda, creating a business that is truly unique and leading in this rapidly growing and continually changing industry.

How you’ll make an impact:

 

  • Lead strategic projects with cross-functional teams, including plan development and execution
  • Conduct analysis to define business expansion opportunities and areas for profitability improvement (e.g. pricing, new market entry, efficiency improvement)
  • Provide project status updates to company leadership
  • Build and implement change management plans
  • Support integration as needed through involvement in specific integration workstreams
  • Introduce disruptive ideas to Optiv’s operations with developing and rationalizing solutions, researching and designing innovative ideas

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 2-3 years of management consulting experience from a leading strategy consulting firm required
  • Intermediate to advanced level with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision required
  • Experience interfacing with C-level executives in a mid-large size company
  • Ability to prioritize and manage through ambiguity
  • Strong quantitative skills and ability to translate analysis to insight
  • Demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and cross-group teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects and processes
