·         Good have good hands on technical skills on all areas of PeopleSoft.

·         Should be able to provide technical design/solution/architecture based on the functional specifications.

·         Ability to provide design walkthrough, participate in user discussions, demo,conduct CRPs.

·         Will be the single point of contact at onsite for the project.

·         He should be able to take care of his own deliverables and as well as assign deliverables for the offshore team and ensure quality for all the deliverables.
