The Field Marketing Specialist will assist in executing and implementing regional and national field marketing programs. With a focus on events and campaigns, this person will plan and execute marketing programs which target prospective and current customers in local markets. This role will require strong collaboration with sales, partner marketing and demand generation. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Customer Success, SDR, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to support targeted regional and national marketing programs (field events, executive programs, tradeshows, email, direct mail, digital advertising, industry associations, etc.) to drive revenue growth.
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of EMEA Field Marketing Programs as well as important program elements, including research, vendor management, budget, messaging, reporting and follow-up primarily for the DACH market.
Assist with forecasting, measurement, and tracking the impact of field marketing programs on sales cycles that show the effectiveness of marketing spend on leads and pipeline per region.
Help manage the EMEA marketing programs calendar and communication, including corporate, customer and partner programs as appropriate.
Work with the Marketing Operations team on data entry, list management, and reporting.
2+ years of experience in event planning/execution or field marketing.
Fluency in German preferred
Willingness to travel to various locations for events; up to 20%
Experience working on events and budgeting with proven success in the execution of successful events.
Experience with and/or comfortable learning marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce.com), project management tools (Jira), and important marketing tools (Contentful), GSuite.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with focused attention to detail
Self-motivated and results-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills, a natural team player.
Ability to work on large detailed projects to tight timelines and respond positively under time pressures and uncertainty.
