Optimizely is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join the EMEA Marketing team in Amsterdam. We are looking for someone with expertise in creating and executing successful demand generation programs for the enterprise segment in our EMEA regions while collaborating closely with product marketing, sales, sales development, and external agencies and vendors.
We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, come up with creative tactics and solutions, and has a strong appetite for growth. You will be part of the EMEA Marketing team which is based in Amsterdam, with our field marketers in the UK and the team in North America. The team has a shared responsibility in providing quality leads to the sales organization, as well as building brand and product awareness with our audiences.

What You'll Do:
Define and execute integrated, multi-touch EMEA wide demand generation campaigns to build and nurture key prospect and customer relationships in strategic, core & international named markets, with a focus on lead generation and customer expansion. Campaigns may include content creation like eBooks and webinars, blog, newsletters and other inbound/content & digital marketing in support of quarterly themes and goals
Work closely with our regional Sales and Marketing leads to determine the appropriate channels for demand generation programs. Ensure effective planning, communication, promotion, tracking and follow up by our field teams on EMEA wide campaigns
Collaborate with EMEA Marketing automation to ensure that nurture programs are put in place to accelerate development of top of funnel qualified leads developed through demand generation campaigns
Support localization of campaigns and content with appropriate regional marketing leads
Create cadence for program reporting, analysis and communication against KPI’s including lead volume, conversion and pipeline impact
Manage 3rd party vendors, as applicable (i.e. creative, media, etc), EMEA campaign calendar and EMEA demand generation budget
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of international marketing experience in B2B Enterprise software marketing, with preferred experience in SaaS marketing and working with a US-headquartered organization
2+ years of demand generation/campaign management experience
Creative thinker with a hands-on mentality and passion for teamwork
Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and customer expansion campaigns
Experience collaborating with global marketing teams
Experience marketing to product teams and technical buyers
Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis (Marketo, Salesforce, Contentful)
Experience working with third-party vendors including agencies and contractors
Experience partnering with sales development and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver assets, tactics and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
You are a self-starter who excels at multitasking, managing stakeholders and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines and working across timezones
