Job Description

Optimizely is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join the EMEA marketing team in Amsterdam. We are looking for someone with expertise in creating and executing successful demand generation programs for the enterprise segment in our EMEA regions while collaborating closely with product marketing, sales, sales development, and external agencies and vendors. 

We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, come up with creative tactics and solutions, and has a strong appetite for growth. You will be part of the EMEA marketing team which is based in Amsterdam, with field marketers in UKI and DACH regions. The team has a shared responsibility in providing quality leads to the sales organization, as well as building brand and product awareness with our audiences.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of marketing experience

  • 2+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience

  • Creative thinker with a hands-on mentality and passion for teamwork

  • Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis

  • Experience working with third-party vendors including agencies and contractors

  • Experience partnering with sales development and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver assets, tactics and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey

  • You are a self-starter who excels at multitasking, managing stakeholders and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
