The Professional Services team is Optimizely's secret weapon. As a team, we provide expertise to help our Enterprise clients fully leverage the Optimizely platform as well as strategic guidance to help our clients test in intelligent and insightful ways. Our mission is to make it easier for organizations to make data-driven decisions and we're looking for a Pre-Sales CRO Strategy Consultant, based out of London, to drive adoption and expansion of the suite of Optimizely solutions through the positioning of our Services offerings with new and existing customers.
What you’ll do
As a Pre-Sales CRO Consultant for Optimizely, and a critical member of the expert Services team, your primary mission will be to develop and paint the vision of the ideal Digital Optimization strategy, to drive the most value for our prospects and clients in the UK.
You will work with our Sales and Success teams to identify leads and build a pipeline from new and existing customers. You will then establish and present Services value propositions, aligned with each of those customers’ business objectives.
You will collaborate with our Solutions Partners to scope estimates for Optimizely Services and/or Partner efforts, and write Statements of Work.
You will document and coordinate the knowledge transfer to the post-sales Services delivery and Customer Success teams.
You will also contribute to improving the Marketing and Sales content and processes related to Services
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing professional services, digital marketing or consulting role (or equivalent work experience)
Strong skills building and delivering proposal presentations as well as contract negotiation
Experience communicating and presenting to executive-level audiences
Ability to clearly communicate strategic business concepts to a variety of audiences
Experience working as part of a cross functional team (including sales, engineering, marketing and product)
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to travel (up to 20%)
