Company Description

As a Business Systems Analyst, CPQ, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our CPQ system. You will serve as the subject matter expert in all things relating to CPQ support, upgrades, bugs, and operational configurations, and will work cross-functionally with our Accounting, Legal, and Sales teams to design and build process enhancements. You will advise on CPQ best practices and design project plans for managing and implementing CPQ enhancements.

Job Description

Work closely with the Revenue and Finance teams to execute on CPQ and Billing projects

  • Architect and design solutions in CPQ to solve for critical business problems
  • Develop and manage project scope, timeline, and implementation with key stakeholders
  • Be the knowledgebase of the CPQ ecosystem; be our internal advisor
  • Lead vendor evaluations and system integration implementations
  • Demonstrate strong technical understanding and have the ability to translate technical issues across different business units
  • Build, maintain, and execute on feature and product roadmaps associated to CPQ
  • Support and maintain multiple integrations between CPQ and related critical systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to find areas for improvement and efficiency; suggest automated system solutions
  • Have a strong knowledge base for Quoting, Subscriptions, Revenue Recognition, and Billing processes
  • Build high quality, scalable integrations
  • Be meticulous about documentation and technical translations
  • Propose innovative ideas and solutions for quoting, billing, and contract issues
  • Help drive adoption of CPQ changes and all related integrated systems


  • Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and/or development
  • Experience with mature release management processes
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving business needs
  • Understanding of data management and database concepts
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, etc)
  • Skuid, Zuora, Service Cloud, Gainsight and Marketo experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus
  • Administrator or Developer certifications are a plus
  • Operations experience is a plus (Sales Operations, Success Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations)
