Job Description

We are looking for a strong Go-to-Market Enablement leader to manage the development, design, and execution of multiple global enablement initiatives.  The ideal candidate will drive efficiency and process for our growing global GTM team, be customer-centric, and exceed revenues.

This role reports to the Chief Revenue Office   


  • Develop a strategy and roadmap for global GTM training

  • Oversee a global team of enablement professionals

  • Create, deliver, and train our global GTM team on product knowledge, customer engagement, and role-specific skills

  • Deliver an inspiring and cutting-edge kick-off for the Go-To-Market team

  • Evaluate efficiency tools and lead selection/deployment of technology

  • Implement a feedback and evaluation process with GTM Leadership  to continue improving learning and development

  • Determine gaps in current processes and determine skills necessary to improve current procedures

  • Develop and manage content creation

  • Partner with individual contributors and leadership to understand their needs, skill gaps, and areas to impact

  • Implement various adult-learning theory methods

  • Lead and inspire training adoption and implementation

  • Act as the liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams



  • BA/BS degree

  • Strong sales acumen

  • 8+ years of direct sales and/or management experience

  • 2+ years of training/enablement experience

  • Experience managing a global team

  • Exceptional training and facilitation skills

  • Demonstrable subject matter expertise and systems background in:

    • training methodologies and adult learning theory

    • learning management system administration

    • training content creation and delivery

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and WorkRamp is a plus

  • Experience working at a hyper-growth SaaS company is a huge plus
