Optimizely is looking for an experienced marketer to help us maximize the efficiency of our marketing funnel and unlock new growth opportunities. The Growth Marketing Manager will report to our Head of Demand Generation and be responsible for our automated nurture campaigns as well as improving our outbound SDR campaign effectiveness.

Understand the lifecycle of leads and customers at Optimizely and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution through to completion
Own our automated nurture campaigns and associated metrics to drive ongoing conversion rate improvements at all stages of the funnel
Collaborate with our Product and Web Marketing teams to improve the Free Trial and Contact Sales flows and maximize pipeline impact
Partner with the SDR and GTM teams to drive more effective and data-driven outbound campaigns
Develop KPIs to measure program effectiveness
Drive regular, lifecycle business reviews with stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, or related field
6+ years of full-time experience
A love of data and an ability to analyze a marketing funnel
Experience with web experimentation desired
Knowledge of email automation tools such as Marketo, Outreach and Salesloft
Experience developing compelling messaging via email and other channels
Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams
Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
