Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant with Big 4 public accounting experience to be a key contributor to an exciting, fast-paced, high growth organization. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to help strengthen our revenue process to scale with the company's long-term goals. You will be integral to a 10+ person accounting and finance team and need to be an enthusiastic and hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Perform monthly revenue close activities including account reconciliations, flux analyses and generation of journal entries to ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting
  • Assist with reviewing complex multiple-element revenue arrangements to ensure accurate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with company policies and ASC 606
  • Assist in maintaining and updating documentation for revenue policies and procedures
  • Aid in the development, testing and documentation of internal controls over the quote-to-cash process
  • Prepare revenue-related schedules for external auditors and coordinate PBC requests
  • Assist in system implementation and process improvement projects to build an IPO-ready revenue accounting & operations function
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA candidate or Licensee
  • 3+ years of progressive experience with a Big 4 Audit firm; industry experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of revenue recognition under ASC 606, preferably in software and SaaS
  • Highly proficient in advanced MS Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, yet cooperatively and constructively, in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with various departments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work under time constraints and deadlines
  • Must be meticulous, detail oriented, and organized
  • Experience with Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite a plus
