Job Description

As our Customer Education Content and Instructional Design Specialist you with be responsible for developing and designing our scaled course content for our clients.  You will work closely with Technical Support, Product and Customer Success to create materials to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies.

About the Job:

  • Develop and document processes to increase our clients experimentation competencies.
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content across different channels to enhance competencies and maturity

  • Work with subject matter experts (Technical Support, Customer Success and Product) to identify target audience and customize content to their needs

  • Build and Maintain projects including documented processes

  • Identify patterns preemptively to identify learning opportunities to advance our clients


What We're Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in instructional design

  • BS/MA Degree or work experience in instructional design, education technology or a similar field

  • Excellent writing skills and visual design skills

  • Ability and passion for writing effective copy and instructional text

  • You are passionate about the customer education and vow to be their advocate.

  • You are very organized and able to prioritize multiple goals.

  • You have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • You have experience not only running a project, but also measuring and evaluating its success.

  • You have an analytical thought process that you translate into action.

  • You have a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
