We’re looking for a creative, talented, and dynamic Senior Director, Product Marketing to work out of our global headquarters in downtown San Francisco.
This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role that will drive significant brand awareness and growth about the full spectrum of Optimizely’s capabilities. This is a team leadership role that will manage our core product marketing functions such as customer evidence, competitive intelligence, and manage a team of in-market PMM team members.
The selected candidate will report directly to our VP of Product Marketing.
Extend Optimizely’s #1 position in data-driven marketing with aspirational and fearless marketing that showcases our product innovation and thought leadership.
Build and execute the go-to-market for our brand level strategy - including positioning, messaging, campaigns and sales enablement.
Build out a team to manage competitive intelligence programs, customer evidence, vertical marketing, and EMEA product marketing.
Empower a rapidly growing sales force to close more deals, faster, and at a higher selling price.

Collaborate across the organization to create thought leadership content for our products and target verticals that drive significant growth in our funnel metrics.
Be the product spokesperson. Demo our product at events; showcase the best of Optimizely to press and analysts.

10+ years of product marketing experience, 3+ years as a people manager
Experience in B2B, enterprise software or SaaS/Cloud space before and ready to share and implement best practices on day one.
Previous experience in sales or working with enterprise sales teams.
Previous experience doing a deep competitive analysis.
A strong interest in becoming the product expert and bringing the voice of the customer to the product development and launch process.
Strong internal communicator and collaborator.
Uniquely creative, strategic, and operational marketer.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Optimizely a huge plus.
