Headquartered in downtown San Francisco with offices in Amsterdam, NYC, Austin, Sydney, London and Cologne, Optimizely is looking for a creative, smart, collaborative and data-driven product marketing expert to join the global marketing team as the primary partner with the EMEA field marketing team to drive substantial growth
What you will do:
Create and adapt GTM strategies for the EMEA audience, including positioning, content marketing and other lead gen programs.
Be the customer advocate for EMEA to ensure deep and relevant understanding of buying dynamics, content needs, and product market fit / gaps.
Own competitive intelligence for the region and ensure we message in ways that show our differences and strengths.
Drive faster sales cycles, bigger deal sizes and healthy customer retention through sales and customer success enablement.
Act as a spokesperson within EMEA. Showcase the best of Optimizely to press and analysts, and at events, as needed, in conjunction with local teams.
Manage contractors and/or employees as the team grows over time.
What we’re looking for:
6+ years product marketing experience with at least 2 years of International marketing experience working with field sales & marketing teams, and at least 2 years of people management experience.
Proven success with enterprise B2B software, SaaS/Cloud preferred.
Excellent relationship builder that can work across teams in different locations and functions.
Strong leadership and persuasion skills that can articulate the needs of the business and rally support for EMEA initiatives.
Strategic, analytical thinker with a pragmatic, data-driven mindset.
Keen ability to bring customer centric perspective into go-to-market & product development processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English with at least one additional European language preferred.
