Hire, train, ramp and motivate a team of Digital Account Executives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Digital ACV target.
Manage an accurate team forecast.
Develop and coach Account Executives on productivity metrics such as ASP, close rate, and forecast accuracy.
Spend time in the field with prospects and customers to drive executive alignment in deals.
Partner with x-functional teams (ie Customer Success and Services) to achieve business goals.
Embody Optimizely’s cultural values and lead by example.
Be a key contributor to Optimizely’s sales strategy and execution.
5-6 years of overall sales experience required.
Previous management experience preferred.
You have demonstrated a successful track record as an individual contributor and can share relevant and complex closing experience with a team new in their selling career.
You have successfully provided mentorship and coaching to colleagues and/or individuals you’ve managed.
Proven track record as a strong negotiator.
Experience using Salesforce.
Market knowledge: experience with Digital Experience Optimization and A/B testing solutions is a huge advantage.
