Job Description

The GTM Strategy & Operations Sr. Analyst will partner with go-to-market (GTM) leadership to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our GTM teams, and will help to drive a world-class GTM organization via support of core operational initiatives, strategic assessments, and program management.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with GTM leadership to provide strategic and operational support to drive continued success across the global GTM organization  

  • Perform regular data analysis to monitor and drive increased productivity across GTM organizations and leverage this data to proactively identify areas for improvements

  • Develop quarterly business reviews content for GTM leadership to review status of business, highlight areas for improvements and drive recommendations

  • Create reports and dashboards to help GTM managers better understand and interpret their customer’s use of Optimizely, and scale processes by using predictive data analytics

  • Assist in core operational tasks, including compensation plan design, account assignments, process design and documentation, and systems updates

  • Support the annual fiscal year planning activities for GTM teams including headcount planning and target setting

  • Project manage ongoing programs and initiatives, assisting internal stakeholders to launch new programs and successfully execute existing programs

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent professional experience

  • 3+ years of sales, marketing, success or business strategy and operations; or equivalent professional experience (e.g., consulting, private equity, investment banking)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate with team members while equally as strong contributing value individually

  • Previous experience with SaaS go-to-market (GTM) organizations preferred

  • Previous experience with Salesforce preferred
