Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our SVP of Engineering. As the sole Executive Assistant within ADEPT (Design, Engineering and Product), you will also partner closely with our VP of Product, providing proactive and strong operational support across the teams.

In addition to managing the schedules and day-to-day responsibilities of our engineering and product executives, you will facilitate key meetings and help scale our organizational processes, as well as organize occasional offsites and events. This position requires someone with a keen ability to prioritize many tasks across multiple functions. Success in this role means keeping our executives on task and ensuring they make deadlines and hit goals all while promoting company values and maintaining team morale. This position reports directly to the SVP of Engineering while providing additional support to Product leadership. Come join us!

  • Heavy calendar management experience (Google Calendar specifically)

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and presentations including offsites and all-hands meetings

  • Attend meetings - taking notes, devising agendas, deriving action plans and following up with all attendees to reinforce the meeting purpose, outcome and expected responses/actions

  • Provide support to the broader Engineering Management team

  • 3+ years of experience working with a senior executive or in operations at a quickly-growing company, preferably a technology company.

  • Outstanding communication, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; demonstrable initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
