Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced, professional Office Administrator to join our clients team based north of the river.

You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the business.  Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to recruitment administration support: booking accommodation, flights, medicals, inductions, personal protective equipment (PPE), mobilisation and onboarding of employees to site, as well as general office administration duties and data entry tasks.

This is an exciting and varied role with a key focus on the following: 

  • Recruitment administration
  • General office administration duties
  • Office support including filing, scanning, accurate data entry
  • Maintaining plant and equipment registers
  • Assisting with marketing and promotions activities
  • Client contractor reporting

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience working for a small business and directly with a business owner
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • A professional and friendly manner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Strong focus on employee and client experience
  • A strong passion for people and delivering sustainable, fit-for-purpose outcomes 
  • High energy, discipline, resilience, self-motivation and results oriented approach
  • Prior experience in recruitment administration preferred

Additional Information

This is a casual role with a view to permanency, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.    

To be considered, you must have full Australian work rights and be based in Perth, Western Australia.
