We have a great opportunity available for a practical and resourceful HR Project Management Officer with change management expertise to join our team for a 3 month project with our global client.

As a member of our fast paced, high performing team you will provide high quality, customer focused HR support as a key component of our total workforce management solutions.

Your focus will be to support the implementation of:

• Process change
• People impacts
• System adjustments
• Project governance, progress tracking, reporting and progress schedule updates
• General support across the project

What you will need to succeed: 

• MS Project experience
• Visio experience
• Proven success in a similar role
• A strong passion for people and delivering sustainable, fit-for-purpose outcomes 
• High energy, discipline, resilience, self-motivation and results oriented approach 
• Strong customer focus and ability to influence at all levels 
• Experience within the mining sector is desirable, though not essential
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field is desirable, but not essential 

This role is a 3 month contract providing the opportunity to join our team of key players who are supportive, fun, dedicated, credible industry experts working with our client to future-proof their business.
