Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an energetic and proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist with extensive knowledge and industry expertise in the Mining, Infrastructure, and Facilities Management sectors for a 3 month contract with our Global Client based in Perth. 

You will be supporting an experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition Team and will manage the candidate experience by building, engaging and maintaining high volume talent pools to ensure flows of talent to open roles, aligned with business requirements.

Your focus will be on the provision of the following:

  • Build high volume candidate pipelines for open roles to support diverse representation at all stages of the hiring process
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, partnering with Talent Acquisition Consultants and analysing role requirements to determine target candidate profile needs
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging your knowledge of organisations, platforms, and networks, to attract and engage talent
  • Maintain a network of potential candidates through thoughtful engagement practices, building candidate rapport through trust, and acting as a candidate advisor throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed: 

  • 1+ years relevant experience in a sourcing or talent research role (in-house or agency)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively problem solve, developing creative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Demonstrated excellence and passion for creating positive candidate experience
  • Appreciation for productivity.  You possess a sense of urgency; you're a believer in "Getting Stuff Done"
  • A strong passion for people and delivering sustainable, fit-for-purpose outcomes 
  • High energy, discipline, resilience, self-motivation and results oriented approach 
  • Strong candidate and hiring manager focus and ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience within the Mining, Infrastructure and Facilities Management sectors 

Additional Information

To be considered, you must have full Australian work rights and be based in Perth, Western Australia.
