We are seeking an energetic and proactive Business Administrator to join our team of fun, dedicated, credible, industry experts.

The variety offered in this role is exceptional, and as an integral member of our team you will provide high-level administrative support to our Director and support all aspects of our business:

• Human Resources

• Project Management

• Marketing

• Website Maintenance

What you will need to succeed:

This is a true all-rounder position that requires a self-starter who can work autonomously.

You must be a problem solver, able to use your initiative with a strong customer focus.

Essential:

• Intermediate to advanced skills using MS O365 (Microsoft Outlook, Word,        Excel, Powerpoint) to input, extract and present information
• Human Resources experience, specifically within talent management, acquisition and workforce planning
• Experience with all aspects of marketing including digital strategy and tactics

Preferred:

• AVAZA or similar project management software experience
• Experience using Canva, Hootsuite, Wix and HubSpot
• Knowledge and industry expertise in the Mining and Infrastructure sectors
