Job Description

We are seeking Recruitment Partners with extensive knowledge and industry expertise in the Mining and Infrastructure sectors to work across our clients Projects in Western Australia. 

As a member of our fast paced, high performing Recruitment Division you will provide high quality, customer focused recruitment, assessment and selection expertise and ongoing account management. You will be responsible for the process of finding, assessing and hiring the most suitable talent for our clients as a key component of our Total Workforce Management Solutions.

You may be based in our Perth office, our client’s office or remotely supporting. 

Your focus will be on the end-to-end candidate and customer experience through development and provision of professional recruitment support of engineering, leadership and planning roles with a mix of temporary, permanent and contract recruitment. You will be passionate about helping people flourish and achieve their career goals. 

You will: 

  • Work closely with and form long-term relationships with our clients, candidates and internal consultants to understand our client business and hiring needs 
  • Be committed to providing exceptional customer service with a proactive “push” approach, rather than a reactive “pull” being required by clients or candidates 
  • Develop new and existing clients and provide total account management 
  • Work closely with our internal workforce management consultants, supporting the planning and implementation of our other talent management initiatives  
  • Be a hands-on recruitment specialist, adept at managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, not afraid to roll your sleeves up  
  • Bring an innovative approach to sourcing talent 
  • Implement initiatives for critical talent pipeline development 
  • Review and provide input into attraction and recruitment strategies to ensure consistent attraction of high calibre people from diverse groups 
  • Have a clear and recent understanding of assessment methodologies and the practical application of them across the employment life cycle 
  • Be flexible in your approach and willingness to pitch in to all areas of our business  
  • Ensure our reporting and tracking systems are optimised and accurate 
  • Provide regular stakeholder reporting on activity, pipeline and mobilisation forecasts 

 

    Qualifications

    What you will need to succeed: 

    • Proven success in a similar role, where you have developed, and implemented forward thinking strategies 
    • A strong passion for people and delivering sustainable, fit-for-purpose outcomes 
    • High energy, discipline, resilience, self-motivation and results oriented approach 
    • Strong customer focus and ability to influence at all levels 
    • Experience within the Mining and Infrastructure sectors 
    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources related field is desirable but not essential
