We are currently looking for enthusiastic and industry experienced associates to join our team.
The Key Center Production and Service position is responsible for the production of keys and cylinder pinning. This position reports to the Key Center Project Manager and assists in customer support for all key systems, remotely and in the field.
Job duties include:
- Key Services Production
- Fulfill daily key orders requested from customers.
- Maintain inventory level of key system related materials.
- Stage and reconfigure key system related materials to support warehouse functions.
- Perform internal audits of restricted materials and records.
- Documentation and Remote Customer Support
- Complete quality control assurance of materials produced by the Key Center and the department records.
- Provide customer service and technical support as requested from remote desktop for key services software applications.
- Train and develop other associates skill sets pertaining to cylinders, master keying and locking hardware.
- Field Service and Support
- Provide customer service and technical support as requested in field for service and warranty calls.
- Provide onsite keying and key installation services.
- Complete field site surveys of customer facilities.
- Two to three years of experience or education in production environment
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
