We are currently looking for enthusiastic and industry experienced associates to join our team.

The CCTV Technician is responsible for providing technical support for both internal and external customers’ CCTV’s and electronic access control systems while supporting the company’s philosophy of customer service and quality. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

Technical Support

• Troubleshoot hardware and software utilizing various methods and techniques
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of industry hardware and software

Documentation and Remote Customer Support

• Complete quality control assurance of materials programmed and staged for installation
• Maintain and update records
• Provide customer service and technical support as needed via remote sessions, phone, and email for hardware and software
• Provide training to develop skills and knowledge of other associates

Field Install and Support

• Complete site surveys and floor plan renderings of customer facilities
• Assist field installation projects
• Handle system terminations and commissioning

• Understanding of electronics and technical terminology
• Ability to climb, bend, and stand for prolonged periods
• Use of basic hand and power tools

Valid California Driver License and clean DMV record.
