Job Description

The Project Estimator develops long-term relationships with General Contractors to manage needs and provide solutions for their projects doors, frames & door hardware by estimating/bidding, contracting, and preparing submittals for projects, as well as coordinating all project related activities.

Qualifications


  • Manage project bidding, pricing, contracting, submittals, ordering, and change orders.
  • Provide sales support through proposal creation, quote submittals and order generation.
  • Maintain Contractor Customer records and project documentation.
  • Provide leadership for the contracts administration, compliance and database function.
  • Organize, maintain and electronically track all contracts and related documents.
  • Provide customer support for orders including pricing inquiries, technical support, and lead-time status.
  • Develops knowledge in the application and installation procedures for products and technologies provided by the Company.
  • Advises contractors on products, services applications and promotions that best meet their needs.
  • Develops long-term relationships with General Contractors for the purpose of developing purchasing relationships with Opening Technologies and the products supported. 


Clean DMV, drug screening, and DOJ record required.
