We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design of seamless, user-centric, cross-channel experiences—from concept through to implementation. Your design thinking will play a critical role in helping our customers unlock their educational goals.

Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day

• Design and document user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Plan and facilitate ideation workshops with key stakeholders
• Coordinate and execute usability testing and research to validate designs
• Translate research insights into actionable design improvements
• Develop and uphold UX/UI best practices in visual and interaction design
• Maintain and evolve our design systems in alignment with brand standards

If you're ready to make an impact, here's what we're looking for

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Expertise in UI design principles: layout, hierarchy, colour, typography, and iconography
• Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable design frameworks
• Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
• Proficiency in mobile-first and responsive design
• Advanced Figma skills (including auto-layout and tokens)
• Working knowledge of CSS
