Job Description

We have multiple internal secondment opportunities for a Team Leader to coach and lead a blended team of Student Advisors to optimise and continuously improve the student experience.A critical part of the role is also to collaborate with other Team Leaders, Sales Optimise Team and various other stakeholders in the organisation to deliver upon OUA’s sales objectives through our Ways of Working.You will be accountable for:

  • Participating effectively and leading Sales Stand-ups, Planning and Retros, as well as Team Leader huddles with an `agile mindset’ as part of OUA’s Way of Working
  • Driving a healthy and productive Sales culture to achieve OUA’s purpose promoting “access to education that has the power to transform the lives of our students, their families and their communities”
  • Supporting a Blended Team of Outbound, Inbound and Messaging advisors to act as “trusted advisors” enabling students to find the `best-match’ subjects and degrees, to achieve their study objectives
  • Supporting the Blended Team to achieve team based KPI’s as well as OUA’s overall Sales metrics, while carrying a relevant share of their `load’ within the team
  • Conducting weekly regular coaching, 1 on 1 meetings and career development activities with the team to help achieve their KPI’s and document this in the 1-on-1 templates
